The flat is on the 4th floor without lift, and as it is an attic apartment, it may have its limitations in height for the ceilings in some rooms. It comes with a cozy living room, a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to be a double. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet, and the kitchen opens onto the living room. It has a small dining corner that can also be used as a work space. This is wonderfully located, just not the ideal fit for tall people.
