The CANA001433 is a very basic 36 m2 studio on the 2nd floor (with lift) of the Palais Miramar, a beautifully renovated residence located on the Croisette, near the Carlton Hotel. The living space consists of two real single beds (which can be made into a double), an additional sofa bed, television, internet (Livebox), a small table for eating, and a balcony with a partial sea view looking towards the Carlton hotel. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Very small and basic kitchen, not really ideal for cooking. Internet available.
