Bridgerton-Themed Christmas Dinner in Madrid
A festive, fully-themed end-of-year celebration for the client's European team, hosted at an iconic Madrid venue. The brief called for a Bridgerton aesthetic across every touchpoint, from the room dressing and live entertainment to the styling of staff and the flow of the evening. Guests were welcomed into a Regency-era atmosphere with period performers, live musicians, dancers, and a full seated dinner running from early evening into the early hours.

Challenges
Pulling off a fully-themed dinner for 200 people meant getting four things right at once: a venue grand enough to carry the Bridgerton aesthetic, entertainment that held attention across an eight-hour evening, catering and transport that ran without friction, and a service team that could keep the atmosphere relaxed even at full capacity. Each piece had its own sourcing window and supplier network, all running in parallel toward a single night.

Akommo secured an iconic Madrid venue that delivered the Regency-era atmosphere the brief called for, then built the rest of the evening around it. The team booked period performers, live musicians, and dancers to carry the Bridgeton theme across the full eight-hour run, coordinated a full seated dinner service for 200 guests, and managed transport logistics so arrivals and departures stayed seamless from 7PM through 3AM. On-site staff were briefed to maintain a relaxed, hospitable atmosphere at full capacity, and every supplier touchpoint was managed end-to-end by the Akommo team.
