How do payments work?
We only accept payment in Euros. Payments can be carried out securely using electronic bank transfers. We also request a refundable security deposit payment for each accommodation booked.
What is the Akommo cancellation policy?
The cancellation of a booking will only be accepted in writing by the client.
If you wish to cancel all or part of a booking, Akommo will be entitled to request the following:
(a) if cancelled 10 weeks or more before arrival date - 50% of amount of cancelled accommodation; or
(b) if cancelled within 10 weeks before arrival date - 100% of amount of cancelled accommodation.
