What is Akommo.com?
Akommo.com is an online management platform offering event-time accommodation and services for delegates and groups attending corporate congresses and trade shows throughout Europe. Akommo.com also provides private venue hire in many European cities.

How does Akommo.com work?

Why should I sign up?
Signing up to Akommo.com allows you to create wishlists of event accommodation, as well managing your bookings. Best of all, signing up will give you access to one of our accommodation and venue hire experts, who will support you along the way. 
How do I register and login?
To register, click here to sign up. 

To log in, simply enter your email address and password in the Login box in the top right-hand corner of the menu bar.
How do I reset my password?
Simply click “Forgot your password?” under the login field. Input your email address and click "Reset password". You will receive a notification to your email address and be able to change your password. If you are having problems in doing so, feel free to contact us.
How do I edit my profile?
Once you are registered, you will be able to input your details within “Your Account”. You are able to modify your profile at any time by clicking on the “Edit profile” button.
How do I search for accommodation?
Within our Homepage search, click “Event Accommodation” and type in or select your event in the search bar. 
How do I create my wishlist?
In “Your Account”, your wishlists are categorised by event. 

To start a new wishlist, simply search through the available accommodation for your event, and when you see accommodation that catches your eye, click on the heart. 

You can easily remove any accommodation from your wishlist by clicking on the heart again.
What if I have questions about an accommodation?
That’s what we’re here for! We have a chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of any page on Akommo.com where we can help you out online. Or you can simply email your account manager or give us a call. 
How does the budget filter work?
When you search for accommodation, one of your options to narrow down your search is to filter by budget (€ - €€€€€). This filter helps you choose accommodation based on your price budget for the event you want to attend. 
How do I request to book an accommodation?
Once you’ve found the accommodation of your dreams and saved it to your wishlist, simply click the “Check price” button to request the price, and then “Request to book”. Your account manager will get in touch with you to confirm availability and booking. 
How do payments work?
We only accept payment in Euros. Payments can be carried out securely using electronic bank transfers. We also request a refundable security deposit payment for each accommodation booked. 
What is the Akommo cancellation policy?
The cancellation of a booking will only be accepted in writing by the client.

If you wish to cancel all or part of a booking, Akommo will be entitled to request the following:

  1. if cancelled 10 weeks or more before arrival date - 50% of amount of cancelled accommodation; or

  2. if cancelled within 10 weeks before arrival date - 100% of amount of cancelled accommodation.
Do you provide the same services as a hotel?
We are happy to equip your accommodation with a welcome pack, groceries and toiletries, and to carry out daily linen changes and cleaning upon your request. We would also be delighted to cater to any special requests.

Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes - we can arrange both individual and group airport transfers, and we strongly recommend it. Airports are busy places during event time, and you don’t want to miss a meeting. Contact your account manager and let us book your airport transfer with one of our trusted local partners! 
How do check-ins work?
It’s very simple: before your arrival we send you all the information you’ll need, and then when you arrive we meet you at your accommodation for your personalised check-in. 
How do I contact Akommo support?
Click on the “Contact Us” button to see all of the ways you can get in touch with us: you can reach us using our online chat button, picking up the phone, or dropping us an email. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 18.00 (UTC +1). We will always answer you as soon as we can. 
Is my information secure on Akommo.com?
We take your privacy very seriously. Our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions can further inform you about the steps we take to keep your information safe.
