3 Top Cannes Boat Routes

Boat Route 1 – Îles de Lérins / Cap d’Antibes

Did you even know that Cannes has its own set of islands? The Cannes islands are just 15 minutes off the coast, and they are stunning. This makes for a perfect corporate trip as it’s quick and not far from the action. If you like (piña coladas… do you hate us for getting that stuck in your head?!) Caribbean-blue waters, you’re going to LOVE this.

Day Itinerary:

– Embark at 10:00 from Cannes.

– Head to the Îles de Lérins to swim, sunbathe and relax.

– Have lunch between 13:00 and 15:30 (see lunch spots below) – and let Boat Bookings organise it for you!

– Get back on board and head towards the Cap for more swimming or a final glass of Provençe Rosé off the coast, just by the Eden Roc (you don’t want to miss this!).

– Get back on board and return towards Cannes for disembarkation at 19:00.

Boat Route 2 – Cannes – Saint-Tropez

For those up for a little adventure, Saint-Tropez is one of the most popular yachting destinations in the French Riviera. Best reached by boat, it can take 2 – 3 hours to drive to Saint-Tropez and just over an hour to cruise by boat. If you want to spend an afternoon among the rich, glamorous, and undoubtedly famous, this top Cannes boat route will not disappoint.

Day Itinerary:

– Embark at 10:00 from Port Pierre Canto, Cannes.

– Head to the Îles de Lérins for a quick swim in the cerulean waters (Saint-Tropez is 90 minutes away from here, so you should leave in time for your lunch).

– Have lunch between 13:00 and 15:30 in Saint-Tropez (see recommendations below) which Boat Bookings will organise for you.

– Get back on board and cruise back towards Cannes for disembarkation at 19:00.

Best enjoyed in the evening, we recommend chartering a yacht for a day cruise and have it drop you off in Monaco around sunset for dinner and drinks. That said, below is an itinerary to enjoy the sterling city of Monte Carlo during the day.

Day Itinerary:

– Embark at 10:00 from Port Pierre Canto, Cannes.

– Head off again to the Îles de Lérins for a quick dip in the gorgeous waters (Monaco is 60 minutes away from this point).

– Enjoy lunch between 13:00 and 15:30 in the city (see recommendations below).

– After lunch, head for one more swim either around St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or Villefranche-sur-Mer.

– Return to Cannes and disembark at 19:00.
